Spacious double room in 3-bed Redland flat :)

Hi! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 3-bed flat in Redland as our current flatmate is moving to London. It’s really spacious, with high ceilings and a Juliette balcony, and only a 5-minute walk to Gloucester Road. On street parking is available.
You’d be living with me (Ella, 23, mechanical engineer, into the gym, hikes and the pub) and Mali (24, civil servant, into sports and hiking). We’re both young professionals who like a mix of cosy nights in and going out for a drink, and we often do things as a flat too like park days, beach trips and hikes.
The bathroom is only shared with one other person, and the flat has a friendly, relaxed vibe. We’d like someone who’s also a young professional, sociable, clean and tidy, and looking for more of a home than just a room.
