Hello all! We're got a large double room available from September 25th and we are searching for our 4th housemate ☺️
The house is a period Redland semi detached property with original features, a few minutes walk from Whiteladies road. Large living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and the room in question to rent is a large double. The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We will do viewings on a rolling basis. Monthly room rent is £467.50 per month excluding bills. We are a friendly bunch, all professionals - one works at the uni, one for a bank, and one in hospitality.
Preferably looking for a girl to balance out the house who's up for a trip to the pub, chilling and watching TV and happy to follow a cleaning rota. If you've got some green fingers, our garden could do with some big tlc.
