Description
Hi!
We're a 3-bedroom flat in Redland with two large bedrooms to offer. My two friends are moving out (one to move with his partner, one to Australia) and I would rather find new flatmates so I can stay in my current room than look for a new place!
About the house, it is a flat within a nice Georgian house in Redland, just a couple minutes away from a corner shop, 5 minutes walk from Redland station, and around 10 minutes away from both Whiteladies and Gloucester Road. We're right between Cotham Gardens and Redland Park, so there are plenty of green spaces.
The house has three rooms, one of which is currently occupied by me. The other two are a very large double bedroom (Room 1) and an en-suite (Room 2) respectively. There is also a decently sized kitchen and a bathroom to share between Room 1 and mine. Bills aren't included but usually come up to around £100 pcm total. There should be pictures for the common toilet but I forgot to take them and I am currently not home! I will add some as soon as I can.
About myself, I'm Hugo: I'm 26, from the Canary Islands, and working as a data person for National Grid (no I cannot make our electric bills free, unfortunately). I like hiking, sewing, coffee, sunbathing, fashion, history, sumo wrestling and a bunch of other stuff. I'm a fairly social person, so I'm often looking to be out and about, and tend to be out of the house most of the day most days, but make sure to be back home at night so we can watch something and relax. I like to occasionally host some friends, but nothing crazy.
About yourself, I don't really mind much other than that you are clean, social, and not too loud. I get along really well with my current flatmates and I would like the flat to continue having that vibe, and as I will sometimes have friends over, you'll have to be fine with that and will be kind of expected to join and socialise with us. I have lived with people who don't socialise before, and it's pretty boring! So if you'd rather always be in your room while you have dinner and only chat if you have to, that is valid, but this would not be the right house for you!
As I expect us to have a friendly flat, I'm more than happy to grab a coffee or a drink beforehand if you'd like to meet me as a person as well as see the house!
The property is in Council Tax Band C.
