Double Room - Redland Houseshare Female preferred

Hello! We've got a double room available in our big old Redland houseshare from 5th January!

We’re looking for a female to join the house, you would have one of the bedrooms on the ground floor with access to the garden or one of the bedroom on the first floor.
In the rest of the house there's a large kitchen-diner, a living room (with a projector), 3 bathrooms, a basement storage space / party cave, and a garden for BBQ in the summer. Pictures don't do justice of how nice our house is.

The location is fantastic between Whiteladies Road/Cotham Hill and Gloucester Road, 10min walk from the Downs!

You’d be sharing with 6 friendly people - Bee, Iris, Louise, Mike, Tom & Zak.
We all met through spare room and have become good friends, so we'd like to find someone else who's up to hang out on some evenings and weekends. We all like a night out but also try and keep the place clean and tidy during the week. We also respect when people want to do their own thing for a bit :)

As a group we've got a wide range of interests but common ones include music, keeping active, video and board games, watching a mix of good / trash TV and generally chatting nonsense round the kitchen table after a long day.

Admin wise, rent is £585 per month until 1st March. Our Landlord is currently negotiating a rent increase. His current offer is £700 pm, but we're aiming to get it to around £650 pm. All bills included, cleaner twice a month, no deposit. We cannot accept couples or pets for Council tax/HMO licence/tenancy agreement reasons.
