Double room available in Redland

I am looking for someone to replace me in a lovely 3 bedroom top floor flat located in Redland. The room itself includes a double bed and is furnished, with lots of natural light and south facing windows. The flat currently consists of 3 male young professionals (including myself), and we have a shared kitchen and bathroom. I plan to move out at the end of November but final date is to be confirmed

The flat is in a perfect location, within a 5 minute walking distance to the Clifton Downs, Whiteladies Road and transport links to the city centre.
