We've got a medium double available in our houseshare from 3rd November, with viewings on Thursday 23rd October.
The house is a good size with a large open plan kitchen, three bathrooms, garden and a storage room for bikes etc.
Rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner. The room comes fully furnished with the bed and furniture pictured.
Housemates are mostly young professionals and are relaxed and clean. It's not a party house but we go for drinks, pub quizzes or play board games now and again. The other housemates are Rowan (23), Isaac (26), Megan (27) and Zoe (28).
We rent the rooms from an agency individually so you'd need to go through referencing with them. They've given some info on this:
• Must have no county court judgements against them or a bad credit rating
• Must earn over 21k
• Holding deposit of 1 weeks rent held while referencing takes place, this comes off the actual deposit when moving in
We'd rather meet in person so can't do virtual viewings unfortunately. Any questions let me know!
