Room for rent for academic year 2026/27 in a 5 bed house just off Whiteladies Road. Great location, 20 minute walk from UoB and bus links to UWE. Quiet road but next to many restaurants and shops. Room is slightly smaller than others so rent is partly covered by other housemates, and tenant of this room doesn't have to pay for wifi, however deposit will be slightly higher than advertised as spare room limits deposit to 5 weeks rent, but deposit is based on the non-subsidised rent. Council tax band C so students exempt. Two bathrooms, larger shared bathroom but tenant of this room has exclusive use of smaller downstairs shower. Mixed gender and mixed nationality household, some LGBT housemates. Landlord has given short deadline to find replacement housemate for one graduating so please be able to sign on/prospective agree to sign ASAP. Friendly housemates, all final year students.
