Bristol town centre is approx 35 minutes away by foot. The bus stops 3 minute from the house. university of Bristol is 30 minutes away. 2 minutes to whiteladies road. Please check post code BS6 6 YW, and make sure the location is suitable for you.

The house has a large kitchen with gas cooker and washing machine. large separate landing area. other rooms with own sinks. There are two toilets, so we never crowd and have a lot space and resources.

There is off-street parking free in the evening and weekend, and residents parking scheme during charging period: £48 or £90 per year, or £1 per day.

Both quiet inside and outside of the house, rarely available in terms of quietness, furnished to include double bed, large books shelves, chest of draws,

£750 per month for single person.

All of us with high personal qualities and positive energy, including very quiet, tidy and caring nature. We have 24 hours security system and 24 hours breakdown cover for gas central heating etc for worry free lifestyle.
