Large light double room in Redland

Hello :-)

I’m looking for a lodger for my flat in leafy Redland. It’s on a quiet, tucked-away street but close to both Whiteladies Rd and Gloucester Rd, Redland train station, the BRI, BBC and Bristol university.

The room is large (4.2x3.6m) with a sash window overlooking the garden. Includes a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a cast iron bed. The room has been mainly used for guests

The flat is on the first (top) floor so is nice and quiet. We have lovely neighbours in the two other flats in the building. The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is a reasonably new kitchen with induction hob. The boiler is in good working order and has just been serviced.

We are in the residents parking zone and a parking permit is available.

Council tax, water, gas, electricity and WIFI are included in the monthly bills.

I’m a professional looking for someone similar. I don’t work from home. This is a quiet but friendly place. Not a party house.

I cycle and keep my bike in the hall.

I have lots of interests. I particularly love being outdoors and being creative; drawing and crafting.
