Bright Double Room - Redland (2 Female Housemates)

Room available in large Redland home, lodging alongside 2 other lodgers in a part-time family home.

The room available is a double on the top floor of a family home, the owners of the house spend their time between here and an other property.

Things to consider - For the majority of the time you have full access to the kitchen and bathroom spaces however when the owners (a retired couple) are home they have more strict house rules for noise and when you can use the kitchen and shower, it would not be suitable for someone who does random shift work/night shifts. The owners also prefer someone who does not stay over Christmas to use the room for extended family.

There are 2 other lodgers in the house, 25F (me), and 23F, we both live in the basement and have a seperate small kitchen but we use the main house upstairs to shower.

We're right beside Whiteladies, 2 mins from the 1, 2, 2a, 3, 4 bus routes, and less than 10mins from Clifton Down train station.

Rent is £500pm bills, council tax, wifi etc. included, available from January. Landlord is open to students or professionals.

Looking for someone friendly and chill who likes a chat and having dinner togeather sometimes (as in with the other lodgers downstairs, we don't interact that often with the owners), it's not a particularly social house as we have no shared spaces but I enjoy hanging out with others in the garden, having outings or walks and have a projector in my room for movie nights and you're welcome to come down for a yap.

Pics show how a previous tenant set up the space, it's furnished and the landlord doesnt allow replacements of basic furniture like bed, drawers, desk and chair etc. but I've added extra bits to my own room so sure you can too.
