I’m renting out my room as I’m moving somewhere else. Looking for someone to move into my room first week of January 2026 (exact date not yet specified, so I can be flexible). You’ll be living with three other guys, all easy to get on with. We get on but do our own thing really. Looking for chilled and tidy person.
Flat is the Ground Floor Flat, so level with main door to the building. The room is a small double and is unfurnished, but pictures show you can make the room a comfortable place to live in. Spacious living room and kitchen. The bathroom is small but is fine between four.
Flat is in a great location, near Cotham Hill. Easy walking distance to nearby shops and pubs. You can walk into the City Centre or the Downs, Clifton etc. quite comfortably. There is also a nearby train station and buses if you’re looking to go further afield.
Rent : £550 each
Bills : circa £110 each (varies for some bills)
