Looking for a friendly working professional to share my newly renovated flat - ideally someone who wants a proper friend, not just a flatmate.

I love the idea of a home where we genuinely enjoy living together - movie nights, dinner parties, cocktails, or heading out locally - while also having our own space when needed.

Your room:
- Spacious double bedroom with double bed, ottoman storage, desk, and wardrobe
- (Photos are old - the room comfortably fits all furniture just the previous owners had a different setup/use for)

The flat:
- Fully renovated throughout - brand new kitchen, living room, bathroom, furniture, and carpets
- Modern, comfortable, and well-invested
- Shared bathroom and living space
- Off-road parking available

Note: Photos are outdated (kitchen and bathroom are/will be totally different). I can send videos of the parts of the flat that are done - just drop me a message! Viewings are highly recommended. Keeping in mind it's still a work in progress.

Day-to-day
- I work from home two days a week, otherwise in the city center
- Friends occasionally bring their dog around - you’ll need to be comfortable with that

About me:
Young working professional, grew up in East Africa, with a sociable, balanced lifestyle. I love the gym, dogs, horse riding, fashion, Hugo Spritz, wine, morning debriefs, Emily in Paris, and bar hopping. Looking for someone friendly and fun to share the flat with - social but happy with their own space too.

- 4-minute walk to Mangosteen and Bravas
- Close to Sainsbury’s, Clifton Down Station, Post Office
- Quick access to bus routes

Rent
- £850 pcm + bills (roughly £120–£150, so ~£1000 inc. bills)
- Available from February
