Room available in lovely bright 2 bed flat, just 1 min walk from Cotham Hill and a few mins to Clifton Down station.

Hello! My housemate is moving out in Feb, so I’m looking for someone to take her room. I’ve lived in the flat for the last 3 years with my friend and I love it! 

About the flat:
2-bed, top floor flat.
Big living area with a small kitchen off to the side. Washing machine and oven have been recently replaced (the landlord is good when it comes to quickly replacing things if needed!)
Relatively modern bathroom with bath/ shower and a window.

Double room available with space for a wardrobe and desk. Lots of natural light with a window looking over redland/ chandos road area.

The flat came unfurnished, but there’s potential to sell some of the existing bedroom furniture if interested!

Really great location just a minute’s walk from Cotham Hill, where you have Bravas, Muino, Mangosteen and (my favourite) Panunzio’s ice cream. Also, only a few mins walk to Clifton Down station and the big Sainsburys. 

About me:
I’m a 28 year old professional, working for a creative agency in Bristol and I am in the office most days of the week. 
I love to get out and about in the local area, and also for day trips on weekends. Enjoy going out to the pub, local wine bars and the amazing restaurants on chandos road. My weekday evenings are usually quite chilled - playing padel or tennis, or just chilling around the flat cooking or doing some crafty bits.

Looking for someone to move in who’s friendly and sociable, but also enjoys their own time. Also someone who’s clean and is happy keep communal areas tidy!

Rent is £750 + bills.
