My partner Steve, me and our flatmate Mike are looking for a fourth person to take the third bedroom in our flat.
It is in a fantastic location, right next to Redland Green. A Short walk away from Redland train station, Chandos road, Whiteladies and Gloucester road. You can also easily walk into town in under 30 minutes.
The flat has a big, south facing living room (great for plants and sunlight!), kitchen with loads of storage and efficient heating (new radiators and boiler recently installed)
The room has it’s own private en-suite and comes with a desk and a large wardrobe.
There is also a driveway with an off-street parking spot which can be yours should you want it.
We are looking for someone friendly to come and join us. We love to cook, hang out and head down to the local pubs on occasion. We are taking viewings immediately so do send me a message if you are interested.
The Lease ends mid August but can be extended should you wish to stay.
