Huge Double Room + Personal Office (&big Garden!)

Hey! We are looking to fill a large double room annex to join our 3-bed house share in Westbury Park/Redland.

Room is available 1st April on a rolling monthly contract (because of the new renters right bill in May).

The rent of the room is £900 per month (but this includes council tax which the landlord pays so the actual rent of room before bills is £825!). Other bills (energy, wifi, water) comes to around £90 each per month.

The House is in a lovely, safe and quiet location, only 15 min walk to Whiteladies Road, 10 mins walk to Gloucester/Cheltenham Road and 10 mins walk to the Downs. Waitrose is 5 min walk away. On-street parking is free & there is a small driveway available as well. The house is a 15-20 minute walk to Redland station and there is a bus stop into the centre nearby.

The room is lovely and spacious with a double bed and built in shelving. The bedroom part of the room is an annex with double bed / split level with an office space. The office comes with a walk-in wardrobe space, desk and chest of drawers.

The bedroom offers plenty of space if you need to work from home & the house is nice and spacious too. We have a garden which gets lovely sunlight in the summer, as well as a living room, dining room & utility space all seperate to the kitchen. Main bathroom is upstairs + a toilet under the stairs downstairs.

We are looking for someone who wants not only to be a housemate but a friend. We usually hang out in the shared living spaces & often spend evenings together, watching things like Traitors, Below Deck & random Netflix documentaries - we are both big living room people!!

Zara is 27 & Lottie 26 & we are both working professionals who split our time between working from home and in the office (we both work centrally by harbourside/temple meads) so ideally looking for someone similar to this! Outside of work, we both swim/love the gym, walks, good food, getting arts and crafty (we made our own Christmas wreath together this Christmas), and a glass of wine.
