We’ve recently refurbished our home to a really high standard and have a lovely spare room available.
At the moment, we have one quiet, respectful lodger and are looking for someone similar to join the household. I’m a single parent with two friendly, sociable kids (11 & 14), so it’s a warm, easygoing home rather than a party house.
We’re in a peaceful part of Redland, just a short walk from Gloucester Road with all its great cafés, shops and Bristol buzz.
The monthly rent includes all bills, cleaning, and fresh bed linen. There’s also the option to get a residents’ parking permit if you have a car.
We’d love to find another easygoing housemate who’ll feel at home here.
