Bright Double Room in Central Location

Hi there! I’m Raymond and I’m looking for a flat mate to replace one who’s going back home to study and leaving a bright double room in the start of July.

The property is located in between Gloucester and Whiteladies road, which is about a 10 minute walk to both and a shorter walk to Chandos Road. Redland station is close by with access to bus stops nearby as well. The property is also very close by the Tennis club.

Located on the 1st floor, the property is a double room with a shared big living room, bathroom and kitchen. The room itself is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Bills are unfortunately not included and the council tax property band class in category C. Parking is also available. The property is managed via a Letting Agency so you will need references.

I myself am a manufacturing engineer and I like to climb and play squash. My film and tv tastes are considered nerdy and I’m quite easy going. If you’ve read this much and like to know more, please get it touch :)
