2 large double rooms available in Redland house

Two rooms available in our large professionals-only house in Redland, a 5-minute walk to the Arches and Gloucester Road. Move-in date would be June 10th! As everyone is super busy, please don’t apply if the below doesn’t work for you :
Deposit and fees required for letting agency.
No students, professionals only house.
Not a party house, and the letting agency will usually require a guarantor.
Bills usually £100 max a month, usually less all in.
We all get along well, and it’s a great location. I’ve lived here for four years. People usually have just left to move in with partners. It’s a large house, but a lot of the time people will be away with work and holidays, so it’s very rare we’re all in together but will socialise when we are!
