Students looking for a fourth flatmate!

Hi we are two girls and a boy who are going into second year of university (19 at UoB), we are looking for somebody social, friendly and respectful who is up for a fun night out as well as a chill night on the sofa!
We have not moved in yet as our contract starts July 2026.
The flat has a lovely and private garden, as well as being in a prime student location (abt 15mins to the uni and next to Redland train station). The room is a double bed with an open plan kitchen and living space which we would all share. There is a wetroom, bathroom with bath+shower and a w/c.
