Seeking kind human to join our 8 person home

We're a sociable house who often hang out, cook meals (we’re aiming for a house monthly meal altogether), have BBQs in the summer, go for drinks and get outside in nature 🌱. Of course we do have our own lives as well!

The house is home to people from all walks of life, ethnicities, sexual orientations so we encourage applications from all backgrounds 😊

The house has been home to some of us for several years, so it's a place we hold dear to our hearts. We are looking for someone keen to be actively involved in various areas of community living - from the social to the practical. We ask for someone clean, fun and respectful, who's in a similar age bracket to us (26-34’s).

The lettings agent may be able to accept postgraduate students, but full council tax will need to be paid and you may need to provide a guarantor . Shift workers/couples also don't work, cause we wanna SEE YA!!! Unfortunately, we are not allowed to have pets 😞

Our home is a good size with a big garden, which has some veg beds for summer gardening. There's a large shared lounge and two shared bathrooms. A kitchen that has been renovated in the last couple of years and double glazing installed throughout. Gloucester Road is a 15-minute walk and Whiteladies Road about 10 minutes. We're also about 5 mins away from the Downs which is great in the summer.

The room advertised is a double room located on the ground floor and comes with a bed and mattress. Rent is £625 per calendar month.

We each pay £110 per month into a house account, which covers all the bills and communal items like toilet roll, cleaning stuff etc. The room is available from the first week of July.
