2 Double Rooms (one en suite) just off Whiteladies

Hi all,

I'm Raj - I'm looking for people to move into the 2 spare rooms of my current flat when my housemates move out in August! The flat is pretty nice for the area and I think it is a bit of a gem for the price - so I want to stay on for another year (but don't know anyone who wants to move in and can't afford it alone, RIP).

Both rooms are decently spacious boys with double beds and room for storage. The place is essentially unfurnished so beds / storage / desks etc. will be needed. I actually have one spare bed and mattress if someone wants to borrow that, but can store it away if you have your own.

One of the rooms is 'en suite' with a toilet only. The other is just the double room. The main bathroom (with shower) sits between the rooms and would have to be shared. I'll be taking the master bedroom + ensuite and have priced it at 970 in comparison to the other 2 rooms at 790 - which I think is probably fair.

The lounge is biiig which is blessed. I've got a nice sofa and sound system set up there but the outgoing flatmates are taking the tv (traitors) - so if you have one that is fantastic (otherwise I'll probably source one from somewhere). Oh... they've also taken the dining table and chairs.

A bit about myself; I'm from the Midlands originally, and have moved down to Bristol from Liverpool in 2025. I'm a working professional and have up till now lived with mates from university. I'm partial to a weekday pint or wholesome house dinner and a bit of chat, so someone open to being social would be ideal. I'm pretty clean and easy going in general and we'd live well if you're similar.

I'll be in the flat for a year for sure, so I'll need people who are confirmed for a year. One person can respond to this and we can grab a ?beer ?coffee, come see the place and then keep on searching for another if we get on. Give us a text or call if you're interested!
