We have a room available in our friendly 10-person house share in Redland.

We're looking for a sociable person keen to be involved in the house and happy to join in on activities and movie nights.

Details:
- £795 per month, plus your room's personal electric and water bills. (Each room has its own meter).
- Council tax and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
- own bathroom.
- Shared lounge, kitchen and garden.
- Within walking distance from Whiteladies Road, Gloucester Road, Clifton Down Station and Redland Station
- Room is furnished, except for the bed base, but this can be bought off the leaving flatmate
- Bike storage available in the basement.
- Available from the 6 July.

A little bit about us:
We're a group of 9 professionals from ages 27 to 31. We're all friends and enjoy hanging out with each other. It's pretty common for us to go to the pub together or have a movie night. We've also gone on holidays, camping trips, and festivals together. If there's a fun event at the weekend, we're there 😉

We have a wide range of hobbies, from the gym, surfing, to crocheting, to just going for a boogie, and are always down to try new things. So if you've got a fun thing you can bring, let us know! Lovers spontaneous brunches will fit in well

You're looking for somewhere to call home, rather than just a room. We're pretty respectful of each other's space, but are always down for a laugh - so would love someone who felt the same.
