* Deposit: £769.60 (5 weeks rent)
The flat itself is super cosy and well set up:
* Really bright and comfy living room with sofas, tv, and dining table. 🛋️
* Fully equip kitchen with everything you could need.
* Main bathroom with a great new shower! 🚿
* Plus a second handy toilet.

Timings 📅
* Looking for someone to move in fairly soon: ideally end of July/early August

The flat is in a beautiful spot:
* 5 minute walk to Whiteladies Road and Cotham Hill.
* Super close to Sainsbury’s, Clifton Down.
* Easy walking distance to Harbourside (20 minutes) and super close to The Downs (10 minutes) 🌅

👯‍♀️Your Future Flatmates
Two girls in their mid-20s.
* Martha - lived in the flat since last December, works in town as a paralegal, wfh 2 days a week.
* Sarah - fairly new to Bristol, moved in to the flat in May, works as a content editor in Bristol, wfh 2/3 days a week.
Both have own lives in Bristol but love pub trips, comedy shows, national trust adventures, Pilates, day events, love island 🏝️(and recently Rivals) and keeping the house spick and span in between !!

About You 💃🏻
* We’re looking for someone who will treat the flat as a home, not just a place to stay.
* Ideally: Mid 20s to early 30s
* Up for socialising but also happy doing your own thing.
* Respectful and tidy.
* No students or couples - very sorry ☺️
