Double Room to Rent in BS6, Redland, Bristol

Hello - we have a double bedroom available in four bedroom house in Redland, Bristol. The move in date is 5 October 2026.

The room is furnished with wardrobe, table, bed, and chair. It's a fantastic room with huge windows.

The house has two bathrooms, a small garden with pond, a spacious kitchen, and living room.

Rent is officially £550, but you will pay £580 as it is slightly larger than two of the other rooms.

The house is in a perfect location, with the Downs, Gloucester Road, and Whiteladies Road all within a 15 minute walk, and Chandos Road shops and Redland Green park just around the corner. Five mins walk from two great cafes, Burra and Little Loaf.

Transport links are great. It's about 7 minute walk from Redland station. and 10 mins to Clifton Downs station.

You will be joining three friends (all male aged 26-28). We currently work from home - Luke works for the Environment Agency, Alex 1 works for an academic publisher, and Alex 2 is a town planner.

Not a party house but we are all sociable - we currently play football together on a Thursday and enjoy a BBQ (when the weather allows it!). But really just looking for a fourth person who is friendly and respectful.
