We have a studio and a double room available in our friendly 10-person house share in Redland.

We're looking for sociable people keen to be involved in the house and happy to join in on activities and movie nights.

Details:
- Studio: £810 per month, Double Room: £695 per month, plus your room's personal electric and water bills. (Each room has its own meter).
- Council tax and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
- Shared lounge, kitchen and garden.
- Within walking distance from Whiteladies Road, Gloucester Road, Clifton Down Station and Redland Station
- Both rooms are semi-furnished, the bed and drawers will remain in the room.
- Bike storage available in the basement.
- Available from the 25th September.

A little bit about us:
We're a group of 9 professionals from ages 27 to 31, with a wide social circle around Bristol too! We're all friends and enjoy hanging out with each other; going on holidays, camping trips, movie nights, festivals, gigs, and just to the pub when the mood arises!

We have a wide range of hobbies, from gym, cycling, and sports, to crocheting and crafting, to just going for a boogie, and are always down to try new things. So if you've got a fun thing you can bring, let us know!

A little bit about you:
You're looking for somewhere to call home, rather than just a room. We're pretty respectful of each other's space, but are always down for a laugh - so would love someone who felt the same.
