2 Double Rooms Available in a Spacious, Sunny Flat

My girlfriend and I are looking for 2 housemates to join us in our social, sunny, spacious 3-bed flat in Redland, which is available from October 15th.

The flat has a large, south-facing open-plan living room and kitchen area (great for plants and sunlight), plenty of storage space, and new double-glazed windows currently being installed.

📍 Location-wise, we are opposite a green space, with Redland Train Station, Clifton Downs, Chandos, Whiteladies, and Gloucester Road all a short walk away. You can also walk into town in around 30 minutes, and cycle in 15 minutes.

About The Bedrooms:

🛏️ Room 1 is a double room with its own private en-suite and comes partially furnished with a desk and wardrobe.

🛏️ Room 2 is also a double room, furnished with a nice double bed and a wardrobe. This room shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom (occupied by us).

About Us: We are both interested in anything outdoors, including tennis, hiking, camping, surfing, pub trips, gigs, and seeing more of Bristol, as we moved here at the start of the year. We are both full-time professionals, and I occasionally work from home.

We are looking for roommates who want to create a sociable, tidy, and respectful vibe and are up for the occasional pub trip, movie night, or shared meal. We want to create a friendly, relaxing space where you can chat and hang out in the shared living area, while also respecting each other's boundaries and need for me-time.

Bills and council tax (band D) are not included, but would be split evenly and come to approximately £110-£120 per month.
