Small Double Room – High-Spec Redland Flat

Small double room (3m x 2.7m) available in a high-spec Redland flat, following a recent full refurbishment. The room can be provided furnished or unfurnished, depending on preference.

The flat is really spacious and finished to a high standard, with a huge 8-seater sofa, 65” TV, brand-new kitchen and bathroom, new carpets throughout, and plenty of communal living space.

You’d be living with Will, 29, a TV editor, and myself, 28, a designer. We’re both very social, enjoy going to the pub, having friends over and making the most of living in Bristol. We’re also both very tidy and like keeping the flat looking nice. Parking is free on the road and is normally easy to get a spot whenever.

The location is great too. The Downs is literally about a 1-minute walk away, with several coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, off-licences and other amenities all within a couple of minutes’ walk. Everything you need is pretty much on the doorstep.

Ideally looking for someone who works fairly regular hours (roughly 9–5ish) and is clean, considerate and easy-going. We’re looking for someone who’s sociable and happy to have a drink or hang out together, but equally has their own life and routine.

Overall, it’s a really nice, relaxed and sociable home rather than a typical house share.
