Bristol Student Room available

Room available in 9 bed house. We are all friendly and looking for someone to take over the tenancy of one of our current flatmates. The house is in a nice area in Redland by Gloucester Road. It’s close enough to both UWE and UoB and a 15 minute walk to city centre. We are looking for another student in need of a new house. We are a sociable house and we all are quite close however we understand if someone wouldn’t want to join in with that. The house itself is old but quite big. There are two bathrooms not including en-suites. If someone were to have this room they would be sharing a bathroom with two girls and a guy. The bathroom has both a bath and shower and toilet which all work perfectly fine. Flatmate has decided to leave our contract because their room currently is having a little bit of building work done within the next couple of weeks and doesn’t want to wait for that to be done. In the kitchen all cupboards are numbered and you would have two big cupboards to yourself as room number 5. We also have a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a big garden with a clothing rack outside too. The house comes with WiFi and bills through unihomes are £89 a month each all included. The house also has a 4 car drive way and with a permit plenty of space for cars on the road in case someone would like to drive to classes or just have their car
