Sunny double room in quiet area

I am renting out this lovely double room (the biggest in the house). It is very sunny especially in the afternoon. It comes fully furnished and was redecorated in January.

I am a health visitor manager in the centre of town. I have a 15 year old tortie cat called Maddie. I am away frequently over the weekend as my partner lives 180 miles away.
I enjoy cooking, but not all the time :-).. I am not a vegetarian, but have no objection to those who are. I enjoy hiking holidays and have been to Everest Base camp and Vietnam. I also like tennis, swimming, films, concerts, photography, sculpture and reading. Having just completed a post grad diploma, I am looking forward to being able to practice some of my hobbies again!! I also love music and occasionally play the flute and piano (there is a piano in the house).

I have had several lodgers before and very much enjoy having others around.
