Lovely room available in March

Hey all.

Its a comfortable really big room with queen sized bed, desk and 2 walk in wardrobes for people with lots of cloths. Its an un unusual room in that its in the basement but It does have a window and its warm in winter and cool in summer and feels very private and safe. I've stayed there for many years.

You will be sharing the floor level with Jemma, a 24 yr old happy kind chatty fun, very helpful and tidy lass and would be looking for the same.
Apart from me, the old gay guy, its a young house. Everyone works but enjoy going out and everyone helps out around the place to keep it clean and tidy. Its a really good vibe!

The house is Spread over 3 floors, our house looks little but its quite big!

We have Comfortable communal lounge and dining room and play area with music, dart board, weights bench in the workshop. and spare outside loo & shower and sink. Also sunny shared garden with pond.

Up the hill so good clean air and a safe relaxed area within 30 minutes walk from all the good things in Bristol: parks, sports, music, food, the docks, shopping all easy by bus bike or legs and no parking scheme up here so always parking plus only a 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road.

The house has a fridge each, power shower and bath, new boiler, big washing machine, double glazing, 2 loos, fire alarms and is warm in winter and cool in summer!
We have started a house account for house stuff like bleaches, and bin bags and toilet paper, washing up liquids etc of £7.50 a month.

I am a chilled 64 year old, happy, gay man that enjoys helping good young people get on in life by keeping a warm clean safe home and as long as you clean up your own mess and take me out for a dance sometimes, I'm nice.
We do have a variety of smokers here of some degree or other but respect each others preferences.

The pub right across the road is nice but normally cut across the park to Gloucester Road for a drink or food as it has so much diversity and its just 10mins to walk. A big Tesco's 5 mins away plus other restaurants and shops.
