Lovely basement flat

Double room in a clean, quiet basement flat at the bottom of a cul-de-sac in Shirehampton.

The room is fully furnished and everything is new including the bedding, to help you get started. Kitchen is fully equipped and the flat has under floor heating throughout.

As I have decorated the flat myself and supplied all the utensils and cooking equipment, bedding, furniture, I am looking for someone clean and respectful of all the work I have done to it.

I work Monday to Friday for a well known company in Avonmouth and my shifts consist of 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm on a 2 week rotational shift.

The rental is for 6 months or more. 1 months notice is required if you decide to vacate. Likewise. There is a driveway for you to park your car if need be. Only professionals please.

If you decide to take the room prior to moving in i will need £100 security deposit, non refundable if you decide to pull-out. This will be deducted from first months rent if you decide to move in.
