Hi all - My wife and I have a lovely and light double room to rent in our 3 bedroom house available from the end of February.

We’re open to having a lodger for 3-6 months with the end date being flexible depending on the person 😊

- one room used as as a home office which can be shared depending on work schedules.

- 10min walk from the village of Shirehampton (western side of Bristol)
- 30min walk to Kings Weston House (lovely for walks and views over Avonmouth & to Wales)
- 30min by public transport into town or Cribbs Causeway
- 10min walk to Portway Park & Ride & train station
- Southmead Hospital 30mins by bus or bike / 15mins by car
- Bristol airport 30mins drive
- 5min drive to M5 junction 18
- excellent transport links into town and the great South West and Wales

About us:
We are a professional couple - I work at UWE Frenchay and my wife Clare works at Southmead Hospital. We are easy going, into fitness and enjoy cooking and watching TV/movies in the evening. Ideally we would like a quiet, friendly, respectful lodger to enjoy our lovely home and lifestyle!
