1 single bedroom to let

I am a single proffesional women living in a 1 bedroom flat that has been converted into 2 bedrooms. I live in the living area and renting the bedroom out. Shared bathroom and kitchen.

Looking for a physical fit (due to the bed being a bunkbed) professional to rent the single room. Would prefer some one who DOES NOT work from home and working from morning to evening due to my shift pattern. Any time between 7am and 7pm.

1 single bunk (with out a matress) in the room to let, this is the only furniture provided. All cutlery, plates, pots and pans are provided and a cupboard full of herbs and spices if you enjoy cooking. :)

Would like a work reference and next of kin details before moving in to the property. And 2 months rent up front but once you hand your months notice this will be free.
