Single bedroom for rent

Cosy bedroom on the ground floor of a small terraced house in Shirehampton. There are two tenants at the property and we are looking for a third person to occupy the ground floor room. Bathroom on the FF will be shared between two bedrooms as the third tenant has e/s bedroom. Kitchen is fairly large and has a dining space with terrace door opening onto the back garden. No short term options, minimum 6 months. The room is for one person only, not suitable for couples.
