- Clean and Tidy: This is the most important quality. I'm looking for someone who cleans up after themselves as they go (especially in the shared kitchen) and respects the communal areas, helping to keep the house a pleasant place for everyone.
- Independent: As I travel often and have my own schedule, I'd appreciate someone who is independent and has their own social life. The general vibe of the house is quiet and relaxed, especially during the week.
- Respectful and Considerate: This includes being mindful of noise (no parties) and respectful of the other lodgers' space and a shared schedule.
- Employed: Ideally, you are a professional or a mature/post-grad student with a regular routine.
- General: No smokers or pets, please.
This approach ensures everyone can enjoy the nice, well-maintained space.
