The studio is a modern, cosy, feel-good space designed for comfort and relaxation. Attached to our home yet completely self-contained, ensuring privacy throughout your stay. Access to the studio is via the shared garden.

The studio is a convenient base for studying or working in Bristol. It's particularly popular with University of Bristol students commuting to Clifton Down, as well as professionals needing easy access to Avonmouth or the motorway network across the South West. The University of Bristol's Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus which opens in September 2026 is at Temple Meads station, taking you there in as little as 25 minutes on the train line.

The open-plan layout combines living, sleeping, and dining/work space, while a separate shower room with washer-dryer keeps daily routines simple.

The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with a combination microwave and grill, two-ring hob, fridge with freezer, and essential utensils.
