The upstairs bathroom has also been recently renovated and includes a beautiful modern shower, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.

Downstairs you'll find a separate living room and an open-plan kitchen/diner with views of the garden. Please note that both the kitchen and garden are still a work in progress as I'm continuing to renovate them, but the kitchen is fully functional and includes fridges, ovens, and a microwave.
I also have a friendly dog called Beamble, who stays downstairs and isn't allowed upstairs, so your bedroom and the upstairs area remain dog-free.

The house is located in the lovely village of Shirehampton, which offers the perfect balance of green space and excellent transport links. Beautiful walks are right on your doorstep, with both King Weston Estate and Blaise Castle just a short distance away. Shirehampton has its own train station with direct services to Clifton Down and Bristol Temple Meads, as well as regular bus routes into Bristol city centre.

The village itself has everything you need, including a Co-op, Post Office, and the wonderful Ruby Jeans café – a local favourite for great coffee and brunch.
