Small Double room suitable for one person available to rent in large shared house.
The house has recently been completely renovated and enlarged with a large new kitchen, two bathrooms and a lounge area.
All bedrooms have been recently decorated and have their own smart TVs. Sheets and towels are provided.
All bills are included including WiFi. A large TV in the lounge has Netflix and iPlayer. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the utility area.
There is a front garden with fruit trees and at the back a small patio. Lodgers are welcome to smoke there or enjoy the sunshine.
The house has a drive with a lockable gate for free and secure off road parking.
At present there are three male lodgers, a female lodger and a live in female landlady.
There are also three friendly resident dogs called Abel, Libby and Beano. The dogs live in the kitchen area and do not go upstairs into the bedrooms.
We would prefer a male lodger as the new lodger will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with two male lodgers.
The ideal lodger would be respectful, friendly, clean and tidy. A professional who works full or part time. The property is not suitable for working from home (unless it is only occasionally).
The kitchen is shared and so we can't accommodate new lodgers who cook/bake excessively as everyone needs to access the facilities.
The house is situated near local shops and supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Tesco and Iceland's) and is on two major bus routes to town. Southmead hospital is a 5 minute walk away. This also has a major bus route hub. Baddock's Wood is opposite the house. A wonderful place to walk, run or enjoy the wildlife.
