Bright double room near hospital

We have a bright double room near Southmead hospital. It's in a residential street with mostly families. Would suit someone quiet, clean and tidy.
We have 3 cats. The room is let on an initial 3 month basis, but longer if we get on.

You would be living with myself, a self employed therapist and my son who is at university. We are both quiet but sociable if we get on.

The house is 10 minutes walk from Southmead hospital and on the 2, 2a and 76 bus routes. We are close to the Gloucester Rd shops, and Aldi and Lidl are both in walking distance.
We also have post offices, chemist's and charity shops within walking distance, as well as a good selection of takeaways.
