Double room in friendly house (bills Inc)

Hello!  I'm looking for an extra housemate to join Ryz and I in a friendly home. I'd love to find someone who's not just looking for a room but ideally who wants to be friends and feel at home so that we can share space or have time alone as we prefer.

The house is a nice, quiet space to chill and hang out with friends, with the occasional party and movie night. Downstairs there is a big garden with a large kitchen/dining space, a lounge, bathroom and store room (where we keep bikes). Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room. Your bedroom is about 2.3m x2.9m, with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves and set of drawers, all solid IKEA quality. There's a driveway with space for 2 cars, and decent on street parking. Lidl is a 10 mins walk away and we have a small park and sports fields just behind the house. All bills are included (utilities, WiFi, council tax).

I'm looking for someone who's clean and tidy,, enjoys cooking and sharing meals (my girlfriend does some great cakes when she's about!), and likes plants (you can bring your own plant babies if you like!). We don't have a TV but occasionally set up a projector for movies. If you like to move/climb/train that's a bonus, as I'm often out being active!

I (31M) am an engineer but training to be a stunt performer. I do a lot of training so am often out of the house in the evenings. I try and cook most days and try to eat healthy wholesome food but will also happily devour pastries and/or cake.

Ryz (34M) is a software developer and does dancing and theatre. He's working a mix of office and from home, so you'll likely see him during the day. We often have random chats about psychology and life and stuff. He's into Latin dancing and is often out at a social.
