Hello, my name is Adam. My flatmate will be moving away soon, so i am looking for somebody to flat-share with after they leave.

The flat is a 2 bed based right on the border of Westbury-On-Trym, Southmead, and Brentry. The area is quiet, and very well connected. There are regular bus routes within a few minutes walk, plus there is plenty of parking. You could drive to Cribbs Causeway in about 10 minutes, and the City Centre in about 20/30. The area itself is quite pleasant, it's within walking distance of 2 Aldi's, a load of corner shops, you also have Westbury, Southmead, and Brentry high streets all 5 minutes walk away. There is also plenty of green space, with woodlands, Blaise Castle, and a few other nature trails nearby. The neighbours are all very nice.

The Room itself is a double room in a ground floor flat. It has an inbuild cupboard. It comes unfurnished.

The rest of the flat is fairly basic. There is a walk-in shower (no bath), a toilet, a kitchen with pantry, oven, a washing machine and fridge freezer.

We also have a living room which does have furniture. Admittedly, there isn't a great deal of style or colour coordination as it's stuff we got for free online. But there is a double sofa, a 3 seater sofa bed, a load of books and a record player. The only thing missing will be a television as my friend is taking his when he moves away.

We do also have a garden, of sorts. The Back garden is split into 2. We get the patio area, with the upstairs neighbour getting the back half of the garden. Our area has a nice area for seating, and has a washing line. It's a nice little sun trap.

A little about me. I'm a 33 year old professional. I've worked for an insurance company for around 9 years. I'm a really big music fan, and spend a lot of time out at concerts, and I also have a collection of records. I'm really pretty chill. I work mostly from home, and spend my evenings watching films, listening to music or playing games. I'm a bit of a nerd, i also play DnD. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly. I also work from home most days of the week.

The rent for the room is around 575 a month (tbc exactly, waiting on landlord). Bills on top are around an extra 200 each (it's about 180 for council tax, 80ish for Energy, 20sih for internet, and about 30ish for water). I pay these myself as a direct debit.

The room is available form 19th December. Which isn't the most ideal time to be moving, granted. Happy to work with you to help you out if you need a room before that time (we have a sofa bed in the meantime), and am happy to store your things etc.

The rental will go through CJ Hole so we'd need to go through them. If you'd like to arrange a viewing, please let me know. If you like it, I can contact the letting agent and get the ball rolling.
