Desperate need for housemate

Hi all,

So Jade and I are desperately searching for a third housemate to move into this lovely property asap.

I (Craig 28) work as a self employed landscaper and a chef on the weekends. In my free time I go to the gym, enjoy a drink at the pubs, go out and chill with friends or just relax in the house. I’ve been living at the property for 2 months.

Jade (32) works in Southmead hospital, She likes to bake delicious cakes, crochets/knitting, very occasionally invites friends for cheese/wine nights or just movie nights. Jade has been living at the property for 1+ years.

The property consists of a lovely kitchen (lots of cupboard space) with breakfast bar and a little seating area, 2 bathrooms (both have baths & showers), a decent sized living room, conservatory, a mid size garden with decking and off street parking.
