Large double room available for young professional

Hi! Our housemate is moving down under and we are looking for someone to move in early to mid August. The contract ends end of October, with the potential to stay on another year.

Large double bedroom (current housemate is willing to sell her furniture) and shared bathroom with one person. Good sized communal kitchen and furnished living room space with access to garage and parking space/free street parking. On a quiet street, close to shops and amenities and walking distance to Southmead hospital. Lots of bus routes to the centre at end of street.

You will be sharing with me and one other female, in our mid twenties. We are social and looking for a friend not just a housemate. We enjoy socialising in the evenings but have our own hobbies and respect each other’s space.

I am a nurse and work shifts so will need someone to be respectful when I work nights. Laura is an illustrator and works from home part-time.
