Comfortable double room..

We are currently looking for a female lodger to move into our spacious, fully furnished double bedroom .

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, two chest of drawers, bed side table and free standing full length mirror, bedding is also provided, or you are welcome to use your own if you wish. The room is light and airy facing the back of the house, with a cupboard which can also be used for storage. The house itself is situated in Southmead, which is a 5 minute drive away from Cribbs causeway Rolls Royce, Aerospace and Southmead hospital 1 mile away. 15 minute drive from city centre, and close to local shops with bus stops which go around the main bus routes of bristol. We have a large driveway for parking and the area itself is quiet. It’s a 3 bedroom, spacious house that you will be sharing with myself, my 24 year old daughter who works full time, and our two dogs, Ernie who is a pug and Dave, springer spaniel. The dogs do not go upstairs so they will be out the way, however a dog lover is preferred as they will like to greet you and have the occasional cuddles. The ideal person will respect the cleanliness and tidiness of the house, this is unfortunately not a party or student house share, this is our family home that we are looking for the right person to welcome into .

The rent will be £730 per month, Deposit and first month’s rent.
