I am moving out of my lovely en-suite room end of October to go travelling and need someone to take it over!

The house is situated on a quiet road with on street parking alongside an allocated parking space to share with each other. It is an open and airy home, with a shared living room and kitchen. There is a shared downstairs toilet and a shared upstairs bathroom. There is a great private garden and some garage space too.

The house is perfectly situated; on a bus route through to the city centre, Cribbs Causeway, and further transport lines. It is a short drive from local supermarkets, shops and only a 10 minute walk from Southmead Hospital! Ideal for the those working at the hospital.

The room available is a large, airy room with great light. It is unfurnished with an en-suite. Rent is £725 a month, bills not included.

You will be living with two female nurses (both 25 years old), one of whom will be moving in at the same time as you. They are looking for a housemate who is easy going, tidy and enjoys hanging out for a film night or a pub trip but who also appreciates each other’s space. Your new housemates will be working shifts including night shifts so you’ll have to be considerate of that.
