Hello! We’re looking for someone to join our home in Southmead from 1st December. You’d be living with me (Holly, 30, secondary teacher) and Matt (35, carer/massage student). We’ve been here for 2 years now, our home is a calm, comfortable space that we’d love to keep feeling homely.

About the room:
- Rent: £570 per month (bills come to around £130, so roughly £700 total)
- Deposit: £538.46 
- Part-furnished: wardrobe, bookcase, and bedside cabinets included
- Bed + mattress available for £50 if needed
- You’re welcome to paint or decorate to make it feel your own!
- Desk is not included, but there’s space for one!
- The letting agent has requested you have an income of more than £17k or a guarantor

- Located in Southmead, 5 min walk from Southmead Hospital
- Large open plan kitchen, dining, and living room
- 3 bathrooms
- Parking space off the road
- 10 min walk to Henleaze, Horfield and Westbury-on-Trym, 25 min walk to Gloucester Road
- We’ve got a small garden we grow things in, so green thumbs welcome!
- There is a spare bike you’re welcome to use
- Rent’s just gone up recently, so it won’t be increasing again soon
- We're signing a new 6-month contract initially, with a rolling contract after that

About us & who we’re looking for:
We’re after someone in their late 20s or 30s, who’s up for being part of a chilled household. We both value having our own space but also like to hang out watching TV, playing games, cooking communal dinners, and inviting pals round. It’s not a party house, but more a relaxed home for someone who wants the same.
