Affordable double spacious room for rent. We are renting an affordable double spacious room in the Southmead area (lhalf and hour from city centre!). The double room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a good-sized mini fridge. The house also features a garden, a good-sized living room; one bathroom; one rest room; and a huge kitchen.
Must be a person or a couple that is highly emotionally and financially stable and responsible. We will only consider applications of genuine, friendly, tidy, and responsible people who wish to live in a calm environment. We will always try to be as accommodating as possible if we consider the person is genuine. Initial deposit to be discussed.
