Bills inc. Double room in Southmead

Double room available for a short term, flexible 6 month let in Southmead in a peaceful, 2 bed modern house. The house is a 20 minute walk to Southmead Hospital, 10 minute drive to Cribbs Causeway and has easy access to the centre of town, Whiteladies road and Gloucester road. I'm looking for someone who ideally wants a 6 month let however this is flexible and I will consider shorter or slightly longer lets.

The room can come furnished or unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe. You will have access to a shared living room and kitchen, bathroom, downstairs loo, garden and balcony. There is also a parking space available for you.

You will be sharing with a live-in landlord (37 yr old female professional) and a small dog called Pedro. I work full time so the house is usually pretty quiet.
