Buckingham steel frame double bed with high-quality double sprung mattress and good underbed storage space, double wardrobe, small desk and chair

HOUSE:
House mix usually about equal M/F - most important is that you would be prove to be a respected considerate individual by your housemates. Current housemates include nursing retail/admin, and construction staff.
Young professionals or mature students/postgrads considered.

Central heating all year as required.
Wireless broadband - highest spec possible for area fibreoptic UW Ultra).
Kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, half a fridge storage per person and one freezer compartment per person.
Utility room and understairs cupboard house washer-dryer, second sink, hoover, ironing board etc
Snug / reception room with leather sofa, table, TV and wireless broadband which transmits to all rooms and garden.
There is a full bathroom (shower, bath, basin, loo) and cloakroom (loo, basin)shared between five (the sixth room has its own en suite)

Garage storage space (for bikes, bits etc)
Garden with rotary drying line. Grass area. BBQ area. Rear access.

BILLS:
All bills included (top spec broadband, TV licence, Council Tax [unlikely to change but there is the very unlikely possibility that council might assign that component to each room], gas and electricity, water and sewerage) except washer / dryer (£2 per standard run).

FEES: no fees for admin, check in/out, deposit insurance, interim events or general admin
