Courtyard garden with table and chairs which is nice in the summer for bbqs etc.

You will be sharing with me, live in landlord and another tenant who is a 23 year old male who works in the week.
It's fairly quiet as I spend nights away so not a party house, it would suit someone who likes their own space.
